People often say to themselves, "I need something…..I feel deprived of something….."
This message is usually formed in the unconscious mind outside of our normal everyday awareness.
Consciously we begin to feel something is not quite right. We feel unease.
So the brain extensively searches through all the pathways of memory, beliefs and sensations, rummaging through your neurology seeking that elusive something that is missing.
This in turn motivates us to do something to change our state.
At this point our choices are many and varied.
We could go for a pleasurable walk alone or with friends, read a book, take a shower , watch tv , surf the internet, ride a bike, go to the gym and so on..
You get the picture, the list is as long as your imagination…
