Lose Those Extra Pounds.


weight lossThe simplest and most effective way to lose those extra pounds and keep them off is by allowing your mind to relearn new ways of interacting with food and and new ways of thinking about food.
These new ways are actually old forgotten ways and there is a part of you that already knows how achieve this even if you don’t know it , yet.
People spend most of their lives learning and relearning behaviours. Think of all the new things you had to learn throughout your life. Some of these learnings were difficult at first, babies learning to find their mouth with that first spoonful of food , learning your ABC’s and those first shaky wobbly moments on your first bicycle, yet how quickly it became second nature so that you don´t even have to think about how easy it is for you to enjoy all those learned activities now… that allow you to enjoy your life without thinking too much….food for thought…is it not.
