Helping people to successfully lose unwanted pounds over the years has shown me that no amount of information as to the serious dangers and health risks of being overweight such as, the risks of high blood pressure , high blood sugar ,aches and pains from the increased stress on muscles, risk of type 2 diabetes or risk of coronary artery disease and strokes, has made the slightest bit of difference towards motivating positive change.
Obviously not all people who want to lose weight are clinically obese and in danger of having serious issues with their health.
There are people who just feel uncomfortable with their weight gain at present, and would sensibly like to lose a few pounds and keep their weight in check but find it hard to achieve their goals.
Whichever group people belong to, if they do the work by listening to the lose weight now downloads and follow the instructions, there can be changes.
